Talk to the racecourse first

Your visit, step by step
Plan the step-free route
Visitors enter through the main ticket office, a level-floored building. Reaching the centre of the course involves a pedestrian tunnel followed by a sloped path around 130 metres long. The course provides a complimentary buggy between the ticket office and Grandstand for visitors with mobility difficulties; it cannot collect from cars, carry wheelchairs or children, and may pause at busy times.
Arrange a personal-assistant ticket
The racecourse offers a limited 2-for-1 general-admission PA ticket for eligible visitors, subject to an application and evidence such as DLA, PIP, Adult Disability Payment, Attendance Allowance, AFIP or registered-blind certification, together with matching photo ID. A Blue Badge alone is not accepted. Standard-raceday tickets may be collected on the day, but the course recommends advance contact; for feature days and concerts it says to apply at least one week ahead.
Use accessible facilities
Accessible toilets are listed on each Grandstand level and at the Pavilion and main ticket office. Counter loops are installed at the ticket office and Grandstand reception. A stewarded viewing area beside the Sports Bar overlooks the track; places are subject to availability and one personal assistant may accompany each visitor using it.
