Your visit, step by step

  1. Personal assistant tickets

Email info@chepstow-racecourse.co.uk at least 24 hours ahead with your name and the fixture. Buy a full-price ticket, then claim the free personal assistant badge at the turnstiles with proof such as DLA, PIP or a signed GP letter with photo ID.

  2. Parking

Accessible parking is close to the main entrance.

  3. Viewing

A raised viewing platform for wheelchair users overlooks the Parade Ring and the track.

  4. Getting around

The Lower Grandstand and Premier Stand entrance is accessible for wheelchair users. One lift, at the Premier Stand entrance, links the ground and first floors, and there are accessible toilets on several floors of the Premier Stand. Accessibility Liaison Officers are on hand on racedays.
