Talk to the racecourse first
Call 01698 283806. Tell them the meeting, your ticket, how you are arriving, any equipment you use and the facilities you need.
Your visit, step by step
Book a complimentary assistant ticket
Hamilton Park says a visitor who requires a personal assistant is entitled to one complimentary admission ticket for a nominated assistant, once the visitor has purchased a valid ticket for the same event. The racecourse publishes an eligibility page and contact number, 01698 283806; its current web page points to a 2025 fixture booking link, so ask the team how to book for the meeting you plan to attend.
Arrange parking and arrive at the right gate
Blue Badge bays are available in Duke’s car park via Gate 1 and in the public car park via Gate 4, subject to availability. General-admission ticket holders use the main turnstiles. There are some rises around the site, particularly at Duke’s Entrance and in front of the grandstand.
Choose a viewing point and route
Two raised trackside platforms overlook the final straight and winning post. Assistant seats are available subject to space, with priority for wheelchair users. A lift serves first-floor grandstand facilities and private boxes; ramps serve Owners and Trainers entrances.
Find toilets and catering
Accessible toilets are on the grandstand ground floor, at the Parade Ring Marquee and in Duke’s Restaurant. The racecourse says an adult changing facility with a hoist is available through the Hampton by Hilton Hotel; ask a steward or team member for access. Most public catering is at ground level.
