Talk to the racecourse first

Email info@newcastle-racecourse.co.uk, or use the racecourse contact page. Tell them the meeting, your ticket, how you are arriving, any equipment you use and the facilities you need.

Your visit, step by step

  1. Personal assistant tickets

Buy a full-price ticket online or on the day, then speak to a member of staff at the turnstiles with proof of your accessible needs to claim a free personal assistant badge.

  2. Parking

Accessible parking is next to the turnstiles. Blue Badge holders park free in the designated area opposite the grandstand turnstiles, and spaces can be booked in advance. The car parks are on grass.

  3. Viewing

A dedicated viewing area overlooks the Parade Ring and the finish line, and there’s ramped access to each public enclosure.

  4. Getting around

Large lifts to all floors, accessible toilets throughout the venue, and an induction loop at the concessions in the Grandstand Hall.
