Call 01626 353235, or use the racecourse contact page. Tell them the meeting, your ticket, how you are arriving, any equipment you use and the facilities you need.

Your visit, step by step

  1. Use the accessible entrance and parking

Racecourse guidance directs disabled racegoers to the new public entrance, then right into the disabled car park. General on-course parking is free; disabled badge holders use the designated area.

  2. Reach viewing and toilets

Accessible entrances are in all betting halls. Lifts serve the Paddock Betting Hall and Teign Suite; accessible toilets are at the Paddock entrance, Terrace Rooms and top floor of the Teign Suite. The accessible viewing stand is at the front of the Paddock Grandstand.

  3. Arrange a carer place

A disabled patron buys their own ticket and one carer is admitted free on the day when proof of disability is shown, according to the racecourse FAQ.
