Personal assistant tickets
One free personal assistant ticket is available for anyone with accessible needs, with a full-paying adult ticket. Call 01753 498 400 to add one to your booking.
Parking
The accessible car park is in marked bays on the hard standing to the right of the horse statues, the shortest walk to the Grandstand and Club entrances. There’s a taxi drop-off inside the main gates.
Viewing
A raised viewing platform just past the winning post, reached by a slope, gives an unrestricted view. Call to reserve a space.
Getting around
Lifts serve all floors of the Royal Windsor Grandstand and the ground floor of the Paddock Pavilion; there’s a ramp up to the Royal Club. Accessible toilets are in the Grandstand, Sprint Bar, Paddock Pavilion, Riverbank Marquee and Club Enclosure Stand.
Hearing
Two portable induction loops can be collected from the Racecourse Office.
