Talk to the racecourse first

Call 01292 264179, or use the racecourse contact page. Tell them the meeting, your ticket, how you are arriving, any equipment you use and the facilities you need.

Your visit, step by step

  1. Carers’ tickets

Free carers’ tickets are available at every meeting; book in advance by calling 01292 264179. Stewards will ask for accreditation on entry, such as a Scottish Plus One Card, an Access Card with the +1 symbol, a Plus One Travel Card or a DLA letter.

  2. Getting in

Use Gate C, which slopes down into the racecourse and gives easy access to the Parade Ring, trackside, lawns, suites, bookies and bars. Taxis can drop off at the front, beside the Princess Royal Reception and Gate C.

  3. Getting around

Most outdoor areas are on hard standing with no stairs; the grass areas trackside and on the lawns are level. A lift, entered to the right of the Ayrshire Suite, goes up to the Princess Royal Suite and hospitality, and another links its two levels.

  4. Parking

Accessible parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance, with level access.
