Hospitality & Restaurant Packages at Bath

Bath sells raceday hospitality through its official partner, including restaurant dining and private suites. The package ticket includes racecourse admission, so you can eat in a reserved indoor space and still visit the public racing areas.

Where your ticket takes you

Not included

The view

Hospitality is spread across several rooms rather than one shared enclosure. Bath describes the Royal Crescent Restaurant in the Langridge Stand as a fine-dining room and the Paddock Pavilion as a more relaxed dining option close to the Parade Ring. Private Executive Suites have their own balconies overlooking the racing. A package may give you an indoor table or suite, but you can use the public viewing areas included with the ticket to watch from the trackside and Grandstand. The 19 October 2026 Brunch package offered informal indoor seating and access to the Grandstand, pre-Parade Ring and Parade Ring; it did not promise a particular reserved trackside position.

Food and drink

Food is the main difference between hospitality and an admission ticket; inclusions vary by package and fixture.

Royal Crescent Restaurant

Bath describes this as its fine-dining restaurant in the Langridge Stand, suited to smaller groups. The menu and 2026 price for a particular fixture are package-specific.

Paddock Pavilion

The racecourse describes this as a relaxed dining room a short distance from the Parade Ring. A meal here is booked as a hospitality package.

Brunch at Bath

The 19 October 2026 listing included a bacon loin roll on arrival, a one-course lunch and unlimited tea and coffee for £59 per person.

Private suites

Executive Suite packages include a private bar; Bath offers either a three-course meal or a more relaxed buffet depending on the booking.

Facilities

Indoor seating

Restaurant tickets and suite packages provide a sheltered place to sit. The seating arrangement depends on the named package.

Admission and programme

The 2026 Brunch listing included a raceday programme and admission. Other inclusions are stated in the relevant fixture package.

Public facilities

Listed hospitality tickets include access to public bars, food outlets and betting facilities as specified on their fixture page.

Dress code

Bath does not publish one dress code for every hospitality room. Its dress guidance says hospitality guests often dress up, while its general rule bans sports team shirts and offensive fancy dress. Smart casual clothing is a sensible choice; ask the hospitality team about any special event-specific requirement before choosing an outfit. Comfortable shoes and a weatherproof layer are useful because you will still be moving between indoor dining and outdoor viewing.

Getting in

Use the main turnstile entrance for restaurants and hospitality, including the Roof Garden. The FAQ says gates typically open two hours before the first race, but the fixture page gives the actual time for that date. The 19 October 2026 meeting opened at 11:47; the 29 October 2026 finale opened at 11:12. Tickets are sent by email, and mobile tickets can be scanned. Security may search bags, so travel light; Bath’s entry terms prohibit bringing alcohol onto the course. The hospitality partner may add a booking fee.

Accessibility

Bath has accessible toilets in the main Grandstand enclosure, and accessible parking close to the main entrance. Wheelchair users can use the viewing platform near the winning post; the platform is limited to the wheelchair user and one personal assistant. A personal assistant can receive free admission when accompanying a paying guest with access needs: buy the guest’s full-price ticket, bring supporting evidence to the turnstiles and ask staff for the badge. Bath asks visitors to email info@bath-racecourse.co.uk at least 24 hours ahead to arrange the ticket, subject to availability. The published pages do not give room-by-room access details for each restaurant, so contact the venue about a specific dining room.

Children and families

Children aged 17 and under are free with a paying adult at most Bath fixtures, up to three children per adult; exclusions apply on some special events. The 19 and 29 October 2026 fixture pages say children do not need an advance ticket and receive a free ticket on the day. Hospitality package prices for children are not listed as a single rule and meal arrangements may vary by room, so the October general-admission offer should not be assumed to cover a restaurant meal.
