Where your ticket takes you

Not included

The view

Watch from the balcony outside your suite, looking across the track from the second floor of the main grandstand. The indoor room gives your group somewhere covered to sit, eat and follow the racecourse screens when you step away from the balcony.

The hospitality page offers three Executive Box menus, all served in your private suite.

Classic package

Includes a two-course meal or hot fork buffet, with a fully staffed bar in the private suite.

Premier package

Facilities

Seven private suites

Each Executive Box can hold up to 30 guests; several can be combined for a party of up to 80.

Balcony and screens

Every box has a private balcony; racecourse television and Tote betting are provided inside.

Private bar

Packages include access to a staffed private bar in the suite.

Dress code

Carlisle’s guidance is to dress to feel your best; there is no formal dress code for the venue. Choose comfortable shoes and a warm, weatherproof layer because the balcony is outdoors and the course has many uncovered areas.

Getting in

Book the hospitality package in advance and use the main entrance; the boxes are on the second floor of the main grandstand. Fixture pages give the event’s gate and racing times. Carlisle may check bags on entry and does not allow visitors to bring their own alcohol.

Accessibility

Carlisle lists step-free access to key public areas, including parts of the grandstand, accessible toilets across the site and parking near the main entrance. The public accessibility page does not describe lift access or the step-free route to Executive Boxes on the second floor; contact the racecourse before booking if you need a specific route or space. Eligible visitors can request a complimentary personal assistant ticket in advance or on the day by email or phone; proof of qualifying benefit and matching photo ID are required. The AccessAble guide gives detailed information on gradients, surfaces and viewing areas.

Children and families

Children are welcome at most Carlisle fixtures and are admitted free when accompanied by an adult, but the box package page does not publish a separate child price for hospitality. Anyone under 18 must arrive with a responsible adult aged 21 or over, or their parent; the limit is three under-18s per adult. Under-16s must stay with that adult throughout the visit. Under-18s cannot attend Ladies Night.
