Talk to the racecourse first

Email enquiries@chester-races.com, or call 01244 304610. Tell them the meeting, your ticket, how you are arriving, any equipment you use and the facilities you need.

Your visit, step by step

  1. Companion Pass

A free Companion Pass is available with a full-price adult ticket. It is valid for the Roodee, Tattersalls and County Concourse; in the Long Room, Winning Post and The Garden you get a reduction instead. Not available with hospitality.

  2. Parking

Wheelchair users can arrange parking in the accessible bays at the Holiday Inn Express next to the racecourse. Other disabled racegoers can use the accessible spaces near the paddock.

  3. Level access

There are steep steps into the Dee Stand; for level access, use the Tattersalls Fast Track Lane at Gate 4. The Paddock viewing platforms have good views of the track and the winning post.

  4. Toilets

Accessible toilets are in both the general admission and hospitality enclosures.
