Pre-booked
Restaurant & Hospitality at Fontwell Park
Fontwell’s separately booked hospitality includes the Premier Lounge Restaurant, private suites and selected seasonal packages. These experiences come with race admission and a reserved or private setting; food, drink and views depend on the package chosen.

Who it suits
- Visitors celebrating a special occasion who want an indoor dining experience and a reserved place to sit.
- Groups entertaining friends or colleagues who prefer a private suite or box to public viewing areas.
- Racegoers who want catering arranged with their race admission rather than buying separately at public stalls.
Ticket prices
| Package | Published price |
|---|---|
| Social Celebration BoxAvailable on selected fixtures May to September 2026; artisan grazing boards and celebratory drink | From £99 per person |
| Premier Restaurant and other suitesPrices depend on fixture and package; no general tariff published in the accessible page | Not listed |
The Social Celebration Box was promoted as new for 2026, on selected fixtures from May through September. Fontwell directs other restaurant and hospitality bookings to its official partner Seat Unique; a single 2026/27 price for every race meeting was not published on the racecourse page. Seat Unique says event booking fees may also apply.
Where your ticket takes you
- Hospitality packages include an admission ticket according to the fixture pages and partner booking descriptions.
- The Premier Lounge Restaurant and hospitality suites provide covered indoor space; specific views and inclusions depend on the package.
- Some event pages offer hospitality tickets through Seat Unique, the official partner linked by Fontwell.
- Hospitality guests can use public areas as specified by their ticket; individual packages may offer private balcony, dining or suite access.
Not included
- A package that is identical on every fixture. Available meals, spaces and prices change with the event and the offer.
- An automatically private suite: check the package name, since restaurant tables, shared suite tickets and private boxes are distinct products.
- A guaranteed price before selecting the specific fixture and package; the 2026 racecourse page gives only a starting price for its Social Celebration Box.
The view
The Premier Lounge Restaurant is one of Fontwell’s listed raceday dining options, while private boxes and hospitality suites provide separate indoor spaces. Premier Viewing is another product, sold on the 21 October 2026 fixture page as a shared suite with balcony views of the home straight and winning post; that ticket is £40 and includes a drink and racecard, but is not a meal package. The hospitality page promotes a Social Celebration Box for selected May-to-September 2026 fixtures. Because names and inclusions differ, compare the actual event package rather than assuming all tickets include the same meal or room.
Food and drink
Hospitality packages offer catered dining, with the meal and drinks set by the event package selected.
Premier Lounge Restaurant
Fontwell advertises the restaurant as a hospitality option for its fixtures and offers bookings through its official hospitality partner.
Social Celebration Box
The 2026 seasonal offer includes artisan grazing boards and a celebratory drink, from £99 per person on selected fixtures from May to September.
Public food and drink
Fontwell names The Bake House, Figure of Eight Bar and Comedy of Errors Bar among public outlets; hospitality tickets provide separate packages, and outlets vary by fixture.
Facilities
Reserved indoor space
Hospitality is designed for a more sheltered, seated experience than general public admission. Confirm whether a chosen ticket is a restaurant table, shared suite or private box.
Ticket delivery
Fontwell says raceday hospitality bookings are emailed, normally within seven days of the selected fixture.
Accessibility
The Premier Grandstand has lifts, accessible toilets on upper floors for restaurant and hospitality guests, and a trackside viewing platform. Ask about a particular room when booking.
Dress code
Fontwell has no strict dress code, but recommends smart-casual clothing for its hospitality suites and Premier Enclosure. Smart jeans or tailored shorts and a collared shirt are given as examples. Sporting team shirts and offensive fancy dress are not allowed. Most of the day is still outdoors between races, so bring a weatherproof layer and comfortable shoes.
Getting in
Book the hospitality package for the fixture through the racecourse page or its linked official Seat Unique event page. Fontwell sends tickets by email, normally within seven days before the selected meeting. Use the main racecourse entrance off Fontwell Avenue, BN18 0SY, unless the booking instructions state otherwise. Gates normally open two hours before the first race, with fixture times published separately. The FAQ says hospitality packages can’t be collected at the gate except where the racecourse has arranged it.
Accessibility
Most facilities are at ground level, and Fontwell lists lifts in both the Premier and Tecom Grandstands. Accessible toilets on the first and second floor of the Premier Grandstand are reserved for restaurant and hospitality guests; ask which facilities are closest to the booked suite. Accessible parking is available in the grass-surfaced Main Car Park by the entrance, subject to space. A personal assistant gets free admission with a paying guest who has accessibility needs; bring suitable proof to collect the ticket. The racecourse can arrange access 15 minutes before gates open if requested in advance at info@fontwellpark.co.uk.
Children and families
The general rule is free admission for children under 17 with a paying adult, up to three children per adult, except some Festival and Live After Racing events. Hospitality package pages do not give a universal child meal price or explain whether every package can seat children, so check the named package’s inclusions with the racecourse before booking. Each child still needs the free admission ticket where the event requires it.
Tips
- Choose the exact fixture first: packages, room types and published prices differ from one date to another.
- Check whether the product is a restaurant meal, a shared suite or a private box; Premier Viewing is a £40 shared-suite ticket on 21 October, not a full dining package.
- For the Social Celebration Box, the published £99 starting price was for selected May-to-September dates in 2026, not a general winter price.
- Tell the hospitality team about access needs when booking, especially for an upper-floor restaurant or suite.
Upgrading
Fontwell links to Premier Lounge Restaurant and private hospitality through its racecourse hospitality pages and Seat Unique. Premier Viewing is a separately listed ticket with shared suite access; private suites or dining packages are booked as separate products.
