Talk to the racecourse first

Call 01942 725963, or use the racecourse contact page. Tell them the meeting, your ticket, how you are arriving, any equipment you use and the facilities you need.

Your visit, step by step

  1. Personal assistant tickets

Book in advance on 0151 522 2921 or by email to NW.tickets@thejockeyclub.co.uk. A free ticket for a personal assistant is available if you receive Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance, Personal Independence Payment or Armed Forces Independence Payment, or are registered blind; bring proof and matching photo ID. A Blue Badge on its own isn’t accepted as proof.

  2. Parking

Blue Badge holders can use the allocated spaces closer to the entrances. Parking is free at most racedays but charged on some big days.

  3. Viewing

Dedicated accessible viewing areas in three of the stands, and a Parade Ring viewing platform; call the racecourse to book a space on the platform. You may be asked to show a disability badge.

  4. Getting around

Induction loops in suites and bars, Braille on most signs and wider doors to the suites.
