Talk to the racecourse first

Call 01432 273560, or use the racecourse contact page. Tell them the meeting, your ticket, how you are arriving, any equipment you use and the facilities you need.

Your visit, step by step

  1. Personal assistant and advance access

A personal assistant ticket is free for a guest with accessibility needs. The guide lists accepted supporting documents, including Blue Badge, DLA or PIP evidence, and says to collect the ticket at the main turnstiles. Visitors can arrange an orientation visit 15 minutes before gates open by contacting the course 48 hours in advance.

  2. Arrival and facilities

The main car park is grass, with a hard-standing drop-off by the entrance and a gently sloping tarmac route from parking to the gate. Accessible toilets are at the main toilets and Rusty Bridge Grandstand. Public bars and food outlets are on the ground floor with ramp access; registered guide, hearing and medical alert dogs are welcome on leads.
