Talk to the racecourse first

Email info@kelso-races.co.uk, or call 01573 221221, or use the racecourse contact page. Tell them the meeting, your ticket, how you are arriving, any equipment you use and the facilities you need.

Your visit, step by step

  1. Plan a step-free route

The racecourse says most public areas are tarmac. Where there is gravel, it aims to provide a firm, flat alternative. Three level “huddles” viewing platforms sit level with the stepped viewing areas by the Parade Ring and Winners Enclosure.

  2. Choose viewing and facilities

Two raised viewing ramps beside the Younger and Tweedie stands overlook the track. Permanent accessible toilets are on both floors of Tweedie Grandstand and the ground floor of Younger Grandstand. Tweedie hospitality has lift access; Younger and John Carr stands are reached by steps. The ground-floor bar has a hearing loop.
