Where your ticket takes you

Not included

The view

The Gallery Restaurant is glass-fronted and described as having good views across the racecourse. Private boxes have their own balconies and panoramic views; Stratford says the four-course boxes overlook the Parade Ring and winning post. Hospitality gives you an indoor base, but your admission badge also lets you move into the Main Enclosure public areas to watch from the Grandstand or Parade Ring. The amount of time you spend indoors is flexible: the restaurant says courses can be served before racing or around the afternoon’s races. A private box is more secluded, while the Gallery is a shared restaurant with reserved tables.

Food and drink

The named hospitality packages are centred on a meal or afternoon tea, with different inclusions and dining styles.

Gallery Restaurant

The 2026 listing is £135 per person including VAT for a four-course lunch or dinner. Its May–September sample menu has seasonal starters, main courses, dessert, local cheeses, tea and coffee; the menu changes seasonally.

Private Box — Four Course Dining

The £195 per person rate plus VAT includes either the four-course menu or a relaxed deli-board buffet, an arrival drink, tea and coffee and unlimited drinks excluding spirits.

Private Box — Afternoon Tea

The 2026 listing is £175 per person plus VAT. Its sample tea has savoury bites, sandwiches, cakes, fruit tarts, scones and tea or coffee.

Table service

The Gallery package includes table service for drinks and betting. The private-box package includes a personal host and a Tote betting service.

Facilities

Reserved seating

The Gallery package includes a reserved table; the boxes include comfortable seating for the booked party.

Private viewing balcony

The private boxes have a balcony overlooking the course and panoramic views.

Admission and racecard

Gallery tickets include Main Enclosure admission and a racecard; box packages include an admission badge and racecard.

Parking

Forward car parking is listed as part of the hospitality package inclusions.

Dress code

The Gallery Restaurant and private-box pages specify smart casual dress and prohibit ripped jeans, beachwear and sports or football shirts. Choose shoes that are comfortable for walking between the indoor space, Parade Ring and outdoor viewing areas. Stratford’s general dress guidance asks visitors to dress for standing on grass, but hospitality has the clearer package-specific standard.

Getting in

Use the racecourse entrance at Luddington Road. Hospitality pages do not publish a separate entrance gate or a different arrival time for restaurant guests; the racecourse says gates open two hours before the first race, and exact times appear on each fixture page. For example, the 5 October 2026 meeting opens at 11:41 for a 13:41 first race. Bring the email ticket or admission badge and allow time for parking and finding the restaurant. The pages do not publish a hospitality-specific bag policy.

Accessibility

The racecourse provides complimentary accessible parking near the Luddington and Paddock Lane entrances for vehicles displaying a valid disabled permit; spaces are first come, first served. In the Main Enclosure, wheelchair users can reach the covered first-floor viewing area in the Warwickshire Stand by lift, and accessible Parade Ring viewing is from the raised area beside the Winners’ Enclosure. A complimentary carer’s badge is available at the entrance with an Access Card showing the +1 symbol or equivalent evidence. Hospitality pages do not give step-free or wheelchair-access details for each private box or restaurant, so contact the racecourse on 01789 267949 before booking if you need room-specific information.

Children and families

Under-18s receive free admission with an adult on all bookings, including walk-up and advance tickets. The Gallery Restaurant specifically welcomes children and has high chairs and a children’s menu, including fish fingers, sausages, vegan sausages, chicken or vegan nuggets, gingerbread and ice cream. The listed per-person hospitality prices do not state a separate child rate, so ask the racecourse how a child’s meal is charged when reserving. The private-box pages do not state a minimum age.
