Seasonal party

Course Enclosure (New Year’s Eve only) at Warwick

Warwick opens its separate Course Enclosure for its New Year’s Eve raceday. This infield party ticket has a covered marquee, outdoor finish-line grandstand and live music, but it is deliberately separate from the Main Enclosure.

Where your ticket takes you

Not included

The view

The outdoor tiered stand faces the finish line from the infield, with a head-on view of the course. A separate covered marquee hosts live music and provides seating, giving visitors somewhere sheltered between races. The course page describes the setting as close to the action but without the Main Enclosure facilities. There is no Parade Ring access from this side.

Food and drink

The Course Enclosure has its own food and bar concessions. Warwick’s New Year’s Eve page says the event ticket includes access to these concessions and live music; menus are fixture-specific.

Course Enclosure concessions

The New Year’s Eve event page says food and bar concessions are available inside this enclosure.

Covered marquee

The marquee has seating and hosts live music through the day and after the last race.

Betting

The enclosure page lists betting facilities within the infield area.

Facilities

Betting

The Tote and on-course bookmakers operate at Warwick. Cash is accepted for betting; Tote positions also accept debit cards and mobile wallet payments, but not credit cards.

Toilets

Accessible toilets are listed in the Grandstand, by Dukes Bar, by Marquee Bar near the Parade Ring, and in the 1707, Paddock Suites and Owners & Trainers Bar.

Wi-fi and cash

Main Enclosure guides list Wi-fi. There are no cash machines on the course, so bring cash if you plan to use bookmakers or other cash-only services.

Finish-line viewing

An outdoor, tiered stand gives an elevated infield view.

Accessible viewing platform

A trackside raised viewing platform is listed for the Course Enclosure.

Dress code

Warwick has no formal dress code. The Jockey Club’s guidance is to dress in what feels comfortable; clean trainers, jeans, dresses and suits are all in keeping with its advice. Team sports kit is discouraged, and fancy dress must not be offensive. Much of the course is open air, so bring layers or a brolly if the forecast calls for them.

Getting in

Course Enclosure guests still enter through the Main Entrance beside Bread and Meat Close. For the 31 December 2026 meeting, gates were published as opening at 10:20am, with the first race at 12:20pm; times can change by fixture.

Accessibility

Warwick has allocated accessible parking by the Main Entrance on Bread and Meat Close; show a Blue Badge to the steward. Raised viewing platforms are adjacent to the Parade Ring, in the Main Enclosure and trackside in the Course Enclosure. Wheelchair viewing platforms are also provided on both levels of the main grandstand; bars, catering facilities and accessible toilets are listed on the venue accessibility page. A complimentary personal assistant ticket requires advance application: call when buying your ticket, then send evidence of DLA, AA, PIP, AFIP or registered blind status with matching photo ID at least five days before the event. A Blue Badge alone is not proof and passes are not issued on the day.

Under-18s have free admission at Warwick fixtures. Each must attend with a parent or responsible adult aged 21 or over, with no more than three under-18s per adult. Children aged 15 or younger must stay with their adult throughout the visit; 16- and 17-year-olds may move around the venue but their responsible adult must remain on site. A child’s admission is separate from the cost of hospitality food or a reserved restaurant table.
