Accessibility
Windsor has accessible parking right of the horse statues, a raised viewing platform just past the winning post (reached by a slope), lifts in the Royal Windsor Grandstand and Paddock Pavilion, and accessible toilets across the course. One free personal assistant ticket is available with a full-paying adult ticket: call 01753 498 400.
Children and families
Children aged 17 and under go free with an adult and don’t need a ticket in advance; a free ticket is issued on the day (exclusions may apply on some fixtures).
