Talk to the racecourse first

Email madams@wolverhampton-racecourse.co.uk, or call 01902 390000, or use the racecourse contact page. Tell them the meeting, your ticket, how you are arriving, any equipment you use and the facilities you need.

Your visit, step by step

  1. Book a personal-assistant ticket

The racecourse issues a free personal-assistant ticket on the day when supporting documentation is shown; its guide gives examples including a Blue Badge or PIP letter. If you need help buying online, call the ticket hub on 01302 499730, option 1.

  2. Parking and step-free routes

Designated accessible parking is in front of the hotel and beside the turnstiles; stewards can direct drivers to a space close to the entrance. The main gate and grandstand entrance are wheelchair accessible. Lifts connect the first and third floors, and accessible toilets are listed on the ground, first and third floors and in the hotel.
