Talk to the racecourse first

Email sales.manager@ascot.co.uk, or use the racecourse contact page. Tell them the meeting, your ticket, how you are arriving, any equipment you use and the facilities you need.

Your visit, step by step

  1. Forward parking

Blue Badge holders get free forward parking in every car park. You can book a space up to seven days before your visit by emailing sales.manager@ascot.co.uk with a copy of both sides of your badge; otherwise it is first come, first served on the day.

  2. Personal assistant tickets

A free personal assistant ticket needs a copy of your DWP award letter (or a statement confirming the allowance) and matching photo ID, or registered-blind certification. A Blue Badge alone is not accepted.

  3. Getting in and around

All entrances can take guests with access needs, and inside the racecourse the different areas are reached by ramps or lifts.

  4. Extra support

The racecourse’s accessibility FAQs cover accessible viewing, the quiet Sunflower Lawn and sunflower lanyards, large-print racecards, hearing support, storing medication and bringing oxygen.
