Talk to the racecourse first

Call 01554 811092, or use the racecourse contact page. Tell them the meeting, your ticket, how you are arriving, any equipment you use and the facilities you need.

Your visit, step by step

  1. Accessible parking and arrival

The Get Here page says the disabled car park requires a current Blue Badge. Contact the racecourse ahead of the fixture about access needs and arrival arrangements.

  2. Viewing and personal assistants

Allocated accessible viewing areas are available but cannot be reserved; the Grandstand has raised views near the finish, while the restaurant and private hospitality suites have wheelchair-suitable balconies. A personal assistant can enter free with a full-price ticket and proof of need; the course advises contacting the team at least 24 hours ahead. Registered guide dogs, hearing dogs and medical alert animals are welcome.

  3. Food and facilities

The racecourse says food outlet paths are wheelchair-accessible and accessible toilets are provided. Ask a member of the team for help on the day; a private reception-office room is available for nursing mothers.
