Dress code at Goodwood Racecourse

Goodwood’s dress rules depend on the enclosure. In Richmond, men aged 16 and over need a jacket, long-sleeved collared shirt, tie and full-length trousers; boys aged 7–15 are asked to wear a long-sleeved collared shirt. Fancy dress and sportswear are excluded there. Gordon has no formal code, including at the festival, and permits shorts and trainers. Lennox is the most relaxed option. Most hospitality follows Richmond rules, with named Sussex spaces following Gordon guidance.
