The official private-box pages describe package inclusions but do not publish a 2026 per-person or suite price. Ask the hospitality team for a written quote for your fixture, group size and chosen package; the general “hospitality from £75” event banner is not a published box rate.

Where your ticket takes you

Not included

The view

The boxes are private suites overlooking the racecourse. Nottingham’s Premier Experience page says a box may have a trackside balcony or a Parade Ring view, so confirm the view attached to the suite offered to your group. The elevated private room gives your group a place to sit and talk while following the meeting; you can also leave the suite to watch from the Main enclosure. If the view of the finish is a priority, ask whether your suite faces the home straight and whether its balcony is trackside. A host is included, so your group can arrange meal service and drinks without having to queue at public concessions.

Food and drink

Private-box packages build food into the booking. The precise menu and service follow the chosen experience and fixture.

Premier Experience meal

Choose a three-course seated set meal or a Premier two-course buffet. The package also includes a full afternoon tea at afternoon fixtures or a cheese board at evening meetings.

Let’s Celebrate

The listed package includes a chef’s two-course seasonal buffet and either a prosecco arrival or a bottle of beer; the hospitality team confirms date availability.

Work Hard Play Hard

This selected-date business package includes tea or coffee and pastries on arrival, then a chef’s two-course buffet during racing.

Private bar

A host serves the private bar. Drinks are on an account or pay-as-you-go basis, according to the package arrangement.

Facilities

Host and private service

The Premier box package includes a dedicated host and private waiting service, keeping food and drink service within the suite.

Betting and screens

The hospitality pages list a betting facility; ask staff how the Tote operates in your suite. The room’s exact screen provision is not specified on the general box page.

Meeting equipment

Work Hard Play Hard includes use of audio-visual equipment, a projector and screen in a networking and presentation suite.

Parking and toilets

The course offers free parking and accessible toilets around the venue. A box-specific parking allocation and the location of the nearest toilet are not published in the package summary.

Dress code

Nottingham’s general dress guidance is to dress in what makes you comfortable and confident; it gives clean trainers, jeans and a sweatshirt as acceptable examples and also welcomes suits and dresses. The private-box page does not publish a separate dress code. For a client event or celebration you may choose to dress up, but that is a personal choice rather than a stated requirement. Much of the racecourse is open air, so take a light waterproof layer and comfortable shoes for time outside the suite. The racecourse asks visitors to avoid offensive fancy dress and team kits.

Getting in

Buy or arrange hospitality directly through Nottingham’s official hospitality team; its FAQ says hospitality tickets are posted out, unlike general tickets which can be emailed or shown on a phone. Use the entrance and arrival information supplied with the box booking, because a separate public gate for each box is not listed online. On ordinary non-feature racedays gates are scheduled to open 90 minutes before the first race, and two hours before the first race on feature days; the racecourse says timings can change. Free on-site parking is available, with limited first-come Blue Badge spaces near entrances. For Work Hard Play Hard, the networking suite is available from three hours before the first race.

Accessibility

The racecourse has lifts in the Grandstand and Centenary buildings serving its hospitality boxes, and its accessibility page says balconies in all boxes and private suites have wheelchair-suitable viewing areas. Four RADAR-key accessible toilets are listed around the course, including one in Sherwoods Restaurant; the published FAQ does not name a toilet inside each box suite. Free preferential Blue Badge parking is limited and first come, first served. After buying your own event ticket, email nottingham@thejockeyclub.co.uk on the same day to request one complimentary personal-assistant ticket; the course says this is for a companion needed to avoid substantial disadvantage. Ask the team which box and toilet route best suits your access needs before confirming your booking.

Children and families

The racecourse says under-18s are free at most racedays when accompanying an adult, but some dates require a paid child ticket and children’s tickets can be limited. The private-box pages do not publish a separate children’s hospitality price or a minimum age for this package. Ask the hospitality team to confirm the child rate, meal and supervision arrangements for your chosen date before booking. All under-18s must enter with a parent or responsible adult aged 21 or over, with no more than three under-18s per adult. Those aged 15 and under must remain with that adult throughout the visit; 16- and 17-year-olds may move around but their responsible adult must remain on site.

Tips

Upgrading

The racecourse lists three private-box experiences: Premier, Let’s Celebrate and Work Hard Play Hard. Contact the hospitality team on 0115 958 0620 or use its online enquiry form to ask about the right package, date, group size, food choice and suite view. A fixed box price is not posted online.
