Where your ticket takes you
- The package gives admission to the course and entry to the named marquee when offered.

- Private hire terms include access to public areas but exclude Grandstand restaurants.
- The event page determines Grandstand, Parade Ring and other public viewing access.
Not included

- Queen Charlotte Marquee entry is separate.
- Availability changes by fixture.
The view
The venue says this marquee can seat up to 700 and has a private summer terrace. At Ladies Day it sat near the Parade Ring and music stage, and the package included Grandstand views of the home straight.
Food and drink
The racecourse offers hospitality menus by fixture and describes a private bar in its raceday marquees. Use the named event ticket for the included meal, drinks and table arrangements.

The Ladies Day page lists a gourmet three-course summer buffet.
Welcome drink and bites
The package included a glass of Champagne on arrival and savoury bites later in the day.
Private bar
The event spaces page says marquees have an exclusive bar; marquees are cashless.
Facilities
Private bar
The racecourse says its raceday marquees have an exclusive bar. The FAQ says marquees are cashless.
Terrace or garden
The venue lists capacity up to 700, private terrace, table reservation, service, racecard and hospitality parking for the 2026 Ladies Day package.
Package variation
Food, drinks, tables, parking and access depend on the individual event package.
Site services
Public toilets and Wi-Fi are listed around the course; accessible facilities for a specific marquee should be agreed with the event team.
Dress code
The racecourse says dress guidance varies by event and publishes no permanent dress code for this marquee. Follow the event’s What to Wear page. Smart practical clothing is suitable for a hosted occasion with outdoor viewing. The formal Club Restaurant rule is separate.
Getting in
Enter at the main Ticket Office and bring the event-specific hospitality ticket. Public listings do not give each marquee a numbered gate, so use the check-in instructions from the ticket or group organiser. Feature-day hospitality can open before general admission; Ladies Day 2026 listed hospitality at 3pm and public gates at 3.30pm, but this fixture was cancelled. Bags must be no larger than A4 and may be searched; outside food and alcohol are prohibited.
Accessibility
The racecourse says the Ticket Office is level-floored, then the route into the central course uses a pedestrian tunnel and an approximately 130-metre sloped path. Ramps or lifts reach areas above ground level. A complimentary buggy runs from the Ticket Office to the Grandstand for visitors with mobility difficulties, but it does not collect from cars, carry wheelchairs or children, and can pause at busy times. Accessible toilets are on each Grandstand level and at the Pavilion and Ticket Office. The limited 2-for-1 personal-assistant scheme is for general admission only, not hospitality. Contact the racecourse about the exact route to a booked room; Blue Badge spaces are near the entrance and subject to availability.
Children and families
The 2026 Ladies Day page did not state a child price or minimum age for this marquee. Feature-day children need full-price tickets and adult supervision; the FAQ says some marquee hospitality may be restricted to guests aged 13 or over.
Tips
- Confirm the marquee is open for the selected fixture; the course says availability varies.
- Read the package for meals, drinks, table service, parking and public-area access.
- Use the hospitality opening time printed on the ticket; it can precede general gates.
- Share dietary, mobility and child requirements with the organiser while booking.
