Where your ticket takes you
- The booked restaurant, suite or box named on your hospitality ticket; the racecourse says hospitality packages include admission.
- For Premier Reserve Plus, a shared table for the fixture, a one-course seasonal menu, a bar and betting facilities.
- Public areas around the racecourse; Premier Reserve Plus is explicitly listed with access to all public areas.
- The viewing area attached to the booked package: the Premier Reserve Plus description refers to a viewing box over the home straight and finish.
Not included
- A package does not automatically include every hospitality room. Check that fixture’s named product and inclusions before choosing between restaurant, shared suite and private box options.
- Additional drinks beyond those explicitly listed in the selected package; included drinks and service vary by product.
The view
The course describes its restaurants as overlooking the course, with guaranteed seating and a view of the racing from above. Premier Reserve Plus uses a shared hospitality table and a viewing box overlooking the home straight and finishing line. Private boxes offer their own course views and dedicated space. The exact room and balcony or box allocation depend on the package sold for the fixture.
Food and drink
Hospitality is the option to choose when you want a planned meal or reserved indoor table; the exact menu depends on the package and raceday.
Premier Reserve Plus
The 14 October 2026 offer included a one-course seasonal lunch, unlimited tea and coffee, and a convenient bar. It is sold as a shared table in a hospitality suite.
Bridles Restaurant
The Sinclair Group Bridles Restaurant is offered as a race-day restaurant package on selected fixtures. The racecourse describes stylish dining, guaranteed seating and course views; menu details are not a constant across fixtures.
Private boxes
The racecourse describes private hospitality boxes with a dedicated host and buffet. Hospitality Balcony packages are available on selected dates.
Facilities
Reserved indoor seating
Restaurant packages include a guaranteed seat, while private boxes provide a dedicated room. Premier Reserve Plus gives a shared table for the fixture.
Bar and betting
Premier Reserve Plus lists a convenient bar and betting facilities. The course says hospitality guests can use private betting facilities.
Map and toilets
The course map marks toilets, restaurants, bars, the first aid point and accessible viewing areas. Download it before the meeting if you want to locate your booked room.
Dress code
The general Ffos Las dress code is relaxed, but the racecourse notes that some premier ticket options, restaurants and hospitality packages can expect more formal clothing. It prohibits ripped or torn jeans, trainers, sporting team shirts and offensive or tasteless fancy dress. Check the dress wording attached to your particular package and bring a coat for time outside.
Getting in
Hospitality packages include a racecourse admission ticket; use the main entrance unless your booking confirmation gives another arrival instruction. Your confirmation names the room or package and any arrival details. Fixture gate times vary, so use the event page for the meeting time. Hospitality is sold through the official partner Seat Unique, and the racecourse notes that its booking or fulfilment fee applies to those bookings.
Accessibility
Ffos Las has an additional accessible entrance, accessible toilets and allocated viewing areas that cannot be reserved. The Grandstand has raised views near the finish; the course says Bridles Restaurant and its private hospitality suites have wheelchair-suitable balconies. The paths slope in places and some grass can be soft. Free personal assistant admission is available with a full-price ticket for a guest with access needs; contact the racecourse at least 24 hours ahead, as the ticket is subject to availability. Confirm the route and room for the exact package when booking.
Children and families
Children aged 17 and under are generally admitted free with an adult, and the racecourse issues their free ticket on the day; fixture exclusions may apply. Hospitality pricing and children’s meal arrangements depend on the package. The published 14 October Premier Reserve Plus listing does not specify a child rate or children’s menu, so ask the hospitality team before booking a child into a dining package.
