Where your ticket takes you

Not included

The view

Duke’s Restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the course, so racing remains in view while guests dine. Private boxes add a balcony overlooking the track, with a dedicated host, bar, live-racing television and private betting facilities. The restaurant marquees are positioned at the Parade Ring or Club Lawn and include outdoor seating as well as a private bar and betting facilities. Your exact view depends on the room and the fixture; the hospitality team can confirm which space is available for your group.

Food and drink

Hospitality packages centre on a seated meal and can add drinks, a cheeseboard or private bar access.

Duke’s Restaurant

The dining room looks over the track through floor-to-ceiling windows. The 2026 offers included two-course, three-course and Gold experiences, with tea and coffee and different drinks or betting extras.

Private Box packages

Silver, Gold and Platinum packages each include a three-course meal and a private bar. Gold added half a bottle of wine and a Scottish cheese board; Platinum included house drinks and a sharing board.

Restaurant marquees

The Parade Ring and Club Lawn marquees are available on selected racedays or for private hire. Both offer their own bar, meal packages and an outside area.

Overton Farm Grill and The Hill

Public outlets remain available elsewhere in the venue: The Hill serves pizza and light meals, while Overton Farm Grill offers locally produced burgers and takeaway food.

Facilities

Private rooms and capacity

Hamilton’s 2026 hospitality page offers boxes, Duke’s Restaurant, restaurant marquees and exclusive hire of Red’s Wine Bar. Capacities and minimum party sizes differ by room; ask the hospitality team for the space matching your group.

Private bar and betting

Boxes and marquees have their own bar and betting facilities. The 2026 package inclusions vary, with some providing Tote vouchers and a private betting point.

Parking and arrival

Hospitality packages list a parking pass, and guests use Duke’s Car Park at Gate 1 rather than the public car park at Gate 4.

Wi-Fi, screens and lift

Private boxes include free Wi-Fi, HD televisions showing racing and lift access. The venue says its hospitality areas are wheelchair accessible; Duke’s Restaurant and first-floor rooms can be reached by lift.

Dress code

Hamilton Park has no strict dress code and recommends smart casual for general visitors. Hospitality guests often dress up, particularly for Ladies’ Night, but the venue still prioritises comfort. Dress for an outdoor sporting event and the route between Duke’s entrance, your room and any outdoor terrace. If you are hosting a group, tell guests about the smart-casual recommendation and the weather exposure before they arrive.

Getting in

Hospitality guests use Duke’s Entrance and Car Park, Gate 1, rather than the public main turnstiles via Gate 4. The 2026 hospitality package descriptions include VIP admission and a parking pass. Fixture gate times are event-specific. Book through Hamilton Park’s Hospitality Sales Manager, Katie, on 01698 206 474 or via the hospitality enquiry route. Minimum numbers apply to box and chalet bookings, and all packages are subject to availability. Hamilton Park’s ticket policy says race-day tickets are non-refundable, but it provides a transfer or full refund if a future fixture is cancelled.

Accessibility

The venue describes Duke’s Restaurant, private boxes and marquees as wheelchair-accessible; a lift serves private boxes and first-floor grandstand facilities. Duke’s and Panorama Bars also have lift access, while accessible toilets are in the grandstand and Duke’s Restaurant. Blue Badge parking spaces are available in Duke’s Car Park via Gate 1, subject to availability. Hamilton Park’s carer-goes-free scheme charges one adult admission for a visitor who needs physical assistance and their registered companion. Some rises occur by Duke’s Entrance and the front of the stand; call 01698 283806 to discuss the room, route, toilets or a specific support need before booking.

Children and families

Hospitality packages include VIP admission for the number of guests covered by the package, but child pricing is not listed as a universal hospitality rate. Under-18s are free on standard admission when accompanied by an adult and still need a ticket; hospitality rooms and meals are separately booked. The racecourse can confirm whether a child can be added to a specific dining package and whether a seat, meal or room capacity counts them toward the minimum or maximum group size. Family food packages are separate products from the private hospitality packages.
