- Hospitality admission and a racecard programme.
- Access to public Grandstand & Paddock areas, including Parade Ring.
- Bar and betting facilities named in the package.

The view
Sedgefield describes Hoops Bistro as overlooking the course and Silks Restaurant as directly in front of the winning post. Seat Unique lists standard, Gold, Platinum and Window variants; the page does not promise the same room for every tier. Leave your table to visit the Parade Ring and outdoor public viewing, then return to your reserved base.
Food and drink
Food and drink vary by ticket. Treat an item as included only when it is listed for that package; other public outlet purchases are separate.
Standard restaurant
The 18 October 2026 listing includes a three-course meal, private table, admission and programme.
Gold
The event listing adds fizz on arrival and cream tea.
Platinum
This tier lists fizz, cheeseboard, beers, ciders, house wines and soft drinks.
Window option
A window-table variant is listed; Sedgefield says those seats are allocated first come, first served.
Facilities
Reserved table
The ticket description promises a private table for the fixture.
Bar and betting
The event package lists bar and betting facilities.
Indoor shelter
Course bars have screens for following races indoors.
Public areas
Included admission allows a trip to the Parade Ring before returning to dine.
Dress code
Sedgefield says Grandstand & Paddock is smart casual and discourages sportswear, jogging bottoms, sports shorts and football or rugby shirts; smart jeans are acceptable. Hospitality guests tend to dress smartly. Bring warm layers and shoes suitable for damp grass and the walk between indoor and outdoor areas.
Getting in
Book a dated package through the official hospitality partner or racecourse. Tickets arrive by email, normally two weeks before the meeting or immediately if booked later. Follow the restaurant name on the ticket and course map. Gates open two hours before racing; a separate dining check-in time is not published.
Accessibility
Accessible toilets and two lifts are available. Accessible parking near admissions includes five dedicated wheelchair spaces on a first-come basis. A free personal assistant ticket can be arranged by email at least 24 hours ahead. Some paths cross grass and external covered Grandstand viewing is reached via terraced steps. Sedgefield does not publish room-by-room measurements; contact the course about a named hospitality space before booking. The restaurant pages do not give seating dimensions or room-specific routes; describe your needs to the booking team before paying.
Children and families
Children aged 17 and under go free with an adult at most fixtures, though exclusions may apply. Hospitality may require separate under-18 arrangements, and the course does not publish universal child meal prices. Ask about the named fixture package before booking. The partner advises contacting Sedgefield to arrange under-18 tickets; child meal rates are not shown.
Tips
- Choose the fixture first: restaurant inclusions and prices are fixture-specific.
- Confirm whether the selected tier adds a window seat, fizz, cream tea or inclusive drinks before travelling.
- Use the course map to find the restaurant named on your ticket; allow time to visit the Parade Ring.
- Keep the emailed ticket handy; Sedgefield accepts phone or printed tickets.
