Where your ticket takes you

Not included

The view

The brochure places one private lawn in front of the Grandstand with views of the track. The Pagoda Lawn table is described as non-track-facing, while the Paddock Club is a stretched tent with a festival feel. These are social bases with package-specific seating; use the public areas for another angle on the racing.

Food and drink

Outdoor options vary by fixture, so use the inclusions for the named package rather than assuming every lawn ticket has the same meal.

Paddock Club

The brochure includes an arrival drink, a food voucher for a street-style vendor, private bar and racecard.

Pagoda Lawn

The 2026 package lists pizza, an individual afternoon picnic box, half a bottle of Prosecco per person and a reserved Pagoda Lawn table.

Private lawn

A separate brochure offer includes guaranteed reserved seating and a private bar; it does not specify food in the extracted package description.

Ladies Day picnic package

For 16 August 2026, a themed package from £160 per person included fizz on arrival and an individual afternoon picnic box.

Facilities

Private bar

The brochure lists private-bar access for the Paddock Club and selected lawn packages.

Seating

Paddock Club seating is guaranteed but not individually allocated; Pagoda Lawn provides a reserved table for the booking.

Betting and toilets

The Paddock Club package lists dedicated betting services and private toilets; Pagoda Lawn includes convenient bar and BritBet facilities.

Dress code

The racecourse recommends smart clothing for hospitality, such as smart jeans or tailored shorts and a collared shirt for gentlemen. Sporting team shirts and offensive fancy dress are not allowed. These offers are substantially outdoors, so dress for the weather and wear shoes suitable for grass; the Ladies Day private-table offer says no picnics are permitted.

Getting in

Use the hospitality entrance and follow the fixture instructions to the named tent or lawn. Hospitality tickets are emailed and can be scanned from a phone. The 2026 brochure prices these as advance packages on selected dates; it does not publish a walk-up rate or a universal opening time for the outdoor areas.

Accessibility

Public viewing ramps and accessible toilets are provided around the course; Blue Badge parking is in Car Parks A and B. The brochure does not state the ground surface, ramp or accessible seating for each lawn or tent. Contact the hospitality team before booking to confirm the specific route, reserved space and accessible facilities. Personal assistants can claim free admission with proof of need.

Children and families

The general policy is that under-18s go free with a paying adult, up to three children per adult, subject to event exclusions. The outdoor dining packages are separately priced hospitality offers; no standard child meal rate is published. Ask the racecourse whether the package can be adapted for a child.
