The view

Most hospitality rooms sit above the public crowd and look out over the track and Westwood. The Attraction Restaurant has a balcony overlooking the course; private boxes and suites have their own balconies, and the trackside marquees offer views close to the racing. The hospitality brochure says suite guests can watch the race coverage on flat-screen televisions while dining. Badges also let guests go outside into the included public enclosures, where they can see the paddock and watch from the grandstand or lawns.

Food and drink

Each package has its own meal format, from a casual grazing lunch to a full restaurant menu.

Attraction Restaurant

A three-course menu in the first-floor Premier stand, with a reserved table, racecard and balcony access. The 2026 rates were £110 for a standard meeting, £122 on Saturdays and £193 on Ladies Day, including VAT.

Paddock Club

A grazing-board lunch in the Paddock Bar, with Yorkshire canapés, a two-course deli-board lunch, a dessert stand and a welcome drink. Its 2026 rate was £85 on a standard day, £100 on Saturdays and £110 on Ladies Day, including VAT.

Private boxes and Dine & View

Choose buffet or seated multi-course dining, depending on the package. Dine & View has a private bar and waiter service; private boxes offer drinks packages as optional extras.

Marquees

The 2026 Summer Marquee included a three-course choice menu and a glass of fizz on arrival. The Ladies Day marquee included a three-course menu and afternoon tea.

Facilities

Reserved space and host

Restaurant and Dine & View packages include a table for the day. Private suite packages provide an exclusive room and a host or hostess for the meeting.

Private balcony and screens

The racecourse brochure describes balconies overlooking the course and televisions showing race coverage inside the suites.

Private services

Some hospitality packages include their own bar, Tote or betting facility and toilets. The exact inclusions differ by room and package; use the package description when comparing options.

Dress code

Beverley’s Premier Enclosure is the smartest public area, so dress neatly if your package gives you Premier access. Its guidance allows tailored shorts and T-shirts but bars sportswear and fancy dress except on the themed 70s racenight. The linked private-box hospitality information asks for smart casual clothing, a collared shirt for men, and no sportswear, T-shirts or shorts. Smart, clean jeans and trainers are accepted there. For a package with a stricter room rule, follow that rule as well as the enclosure guidance.

Getting in

Book the package before race day and use the named hospitality entrance or reception instructions on your badge. Package badges may allow access to more than one enclosure; the 2026 brochure says its suite badges admit guests to Premier and Grandstand & Paddock, while the Dine & View package specifically includes a Premier badge. The Attraction Restaurant is upstairs in the Premier stand; Paddock Club uses the Paddock Bar. Race times and opening hours depend on the fixture, and Beverley has not published 2027 gate times yet. Hospitality pages do not set out a general bag-size limit.

Accessibility

The Premier entrance is step free, with a lift to the first and second floors and accessible toilets on the ground and second floors; the lift gives access to the Attraction Restaurant. A tarmac path reaches the 1690 Terrace and bars. In the Grandstand & Paddock area there is lift access to the first-floor Paddock Bar, while the racecourse says Cleverly’s Bistro and the second floor have no lift. Accessible toilets are available in all enclosures. A companion is admitted free; book with your ticket online or by phone. The hospitality pages do not describe step-free access room by room, so call 01482 867488 or email hello@beverley-racecourse.co.uk to discuss a particular package.

Children and families

Under-18s are admitted free with an adult on most fixtures, but Premier requires a paid junior ticket for 5–17-year-olds on Saturdays and Ladies Day. Dine & View lists 2026 child rates of £50 plus VAT for ages 4–10 and 75% of the relevant adult price for ages 11–17. The other hospitality pages do not give child meal prices; ask the racecourse before booking a child into those packages. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult in Premier.

Tips

Upgrading

The Attraction Restaurant offers a limited window-table upgrade for £10 per person in 2026. The racecourse also says visitors may book an existing public ticket into a hospitality package before the meeting, subject to availability; contact the office or the named booking partner.
