Where your ticket takes you

Not included

The view

Hospitality gives you a place to return to between races rather than an exclusive racecourse enclosure of its own. The Galileo Restaurant and 1908 look towards the track, while the Upper Dewhurst Boxes have a private balcony above the course. PIAFF booths sit in the Champagne Bar overlooking the Parade Ring. You can leave your room to watch from public Grandstand viewing areas, but check the ticket wording for which hospitality space is reserved to your booking.

Food and drink

The package choice determines what food is included and whether you have a reserved table.

The 1908

On the second floor of the Club Stand beside the Parade Ring. The 2026 package included a two-course meal, table service, a raceday table, private bar and private betting facilities.

Galileo Restaurant

A course-facing restaurant with a three-course meal, afternoon cheeseboard, tipster talk, table service and private bar and betting in the published 2026 package.

PIAFF Champagne Bar

The Champagne Bar overlooks the Parade Ring. The 2026 group booth package included two magnums on arrival, olives, smoked almonds and a sharing charcuterie board.

Upper Dewhurst Boxes

The private-box package includes a three-course meal, afternoon cheeseboard, PIAFF Champagne on arrival, private bar and betting facilities.

Facilities

Booking sizes

The racecourse lists Upper Dewhurst single boxes for 14–16 guests and double boxes for 28–32, a Lower Dewhurst Box for 40–50 and a Club Box for 12–14. Some published hospitality offers have smaller table or booth formats.

Enclosure facilities

The Grandstand has the main toilets, accessible toilets, bars, cafes, bookmakers and Tote. The hospitality pages describe private betting facilities in the listed restaurant packages.

Payment and confirmation

A booking is made through Perth Racecourse. Its terms say each fixture order has a £1 handling fee; hospitality tickets are posted two to four weeks before the event.

Dress code

Perth asks hospitality guests to wear smart casual clothes; the racecourse terms say no ripped jeans or trainers. The public enclosure is an outdoor event, so take a warm layer and shoes that are comfortable for walking between your reserved room, the Parade Ring and the trackside viewing areas.

Getting in

Enter at the Grandstand gates and have your ticket ready to scan. Perth sends hospitality tickets by post two to four weeks before the fixture; its ticket guidance says each guest needs a separate ticket or QR code. The public map shows the Main Entrance, Grandstand stands, hospitality rooms and the Parade Ring. Race times and gate opening times vary by fixture, and a future fixture time is only known when published for that meeting.

Accessibility

The racecourse says hospitality packages can accommodate guests with additional requirements, but the Upper Dewhurst Boxes and 1908 are not accessible to wheelchair or mobility-scooter users. Galileo Restaurant has wheelchair access and a lift where needed. Accessible parking is on hard standing near the Grandstand entrance; wheelchair-accessible shuttle transport is available. Call 01738 551597 or email info@perth-races.co.uk before booking to discuss a particular room and route. An Essential Companion can enter free with a paying guest with access needs; contact the office by phone to arrange it.

Children and families

Perth’s published 2026 Family Raceday page said under-18s went free for that meeting, but the hospitality package pages do not publish a general child price for every restaurant or fixture. Each person attending needs their own ticket. If you are booking children into a restaurant or box, ask the racecourse to confirm the meal and age terms for that specific package; no general children’s hospitality tariff was published in the pages checked.
