The view

The Henderson Suite overlooks the Parade Ring and winners enclosure and has views of the course and the surrounding countryside. This makes it a useful indoor base between races, as well as a place to have the included meal. You can go out to the Club Lawn or other public viewing areas because the package includes Club entry. If a window seat matters, ask when booking, but the course says it cannot guarantee one.

Fancy dress is permitted if it is respectable and not offensive. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a layer for time outdoors, as Hexham is on a high, exposed hillside.

Getting in

The Henderson Suite is in the Ramshaw Stand. Enter with the hospitality admission provided in your booking, then follow the room signs or ask a steward. Advance booking is essential through the racecourse office on 01434 606881. Gate times vary by fixture and appear on the event listing; there is no single published hospitality opening time. Food bought elsewhere cannot be taken into the stand, and outside alcohol is prohibited.

Accessibility

The Ramshaw Stand has a lift from ground to second floor and an accessible toilet on the first floor. The racecourse has Blue Badge parking behind the Bramble and Tudor Bars and Henderson Suite; display the badge and tell stewards on arrival. Assistance dogs are welcome throughout. A carer with a paying disabled visitor can receive free admission to the Paddock or Club Enclosure; contact the office to arrange the ticket and discuss the suite route. Two mobility scooters can be hired if booked in advance.
