Where your ticket takes you

Not included

The view

The Crow’s Nest is sold as Redcar’s dine-and-view restaurant. You keep a reserved table for the day, where TV coverage shows the races, and the package page describes a view of the racing action. It is inside the Grandstand Enclosure, near the Parade Ring and Winners’ Enclosure. Between meals and races, hospitality guests can use the general-admission viewing areas included with the badge, including the trackside and tiered grandstand steps.

Food and drink

The package centres on a three-course à-la-carte meal, with optional extras available to add in advance.

Three-course à-la-carte meal

The package includes a three-course meal. Redcar publishes different 2026 menus by fixture; examples include beef featherblade, fish and seasonal vegetarian dishes.

Bar and waitress service

A bar facility and waitress service are listed as part of the restaurant package.

Optional extras

Book a mezze board or cheese board for £9.50 or £14 per person respectively. Cream tea costs £9.50 per person and is not available at evening meetings.

Facilities

Reserved table

The table remains yours throughout the day, and restaurant bookings can seat parties of 2–10; larger groups can be placed at adjoining tables.

Private Tote and TVs

The package lists private Tote betting and TV coverage from the table, so you can follow a race while seated.

Grandstand facilities

The badge also gives access to public Grandstand facilities, including betting areas and bars listed on the enclosure page.

Dress code

There is no formal dress code at Redcar. The racecourse recommends smart casual clothing for hospitality guests, but says formalwear is not required. Choose comfortable footwear and weather-appropriate layers for time spent in the outdoor viewing areas.

Getting in

Enter through the Grandstand main entrance off Redcar Lane, TS10 2FD. The Crow’s Nest package includes a hospitality badge and admission; the restaurant sits within the Grandstand Enclosure. Book in advance online or through the racecourse office on 01642 484 068. Bookings close at 1pm on the day before the meeting, subject to availability. Tickets are checked and bags may be searched at the entrance.

Accessibility

The racecourse offers a free Digital Access Card and companion-ticket process. Contact its access officer, Amy Fair, at info@redcarracing.co.uk or 01642 484 068 to ask about the restaurant entrance, step-free route, accessible toilet or a specific table requirement; the restaurant page does not describe these features. Reserved Blue Badge spaces are available in the enclosures. The Grandstand and Course have different entrances and postcodes.
