- The restaurant’s own bar and Britbet betting facilities.
- The 2026 Platinum option adds a guaranteed private window table, Prosecco on arrival and savoury bites.

The view
The glass-fronted restaurant occupies three tiers in the grandstand, giving broad views of the all-weather track. Flat-screen televisions at every table show the action, and your reserved seat means you have a base indoors while retaining the option to go out to public areas included with admission.
Food and drink
Horizons is a sit-down dining package rather than a standard admission ticket.
Three-course seasonal meal
The standard package includes a seasonal plated starter, main course and dessert. The menu changes; the brochure’s menu is identified as a sample.
Table-top drinks service and restaurant bar
The package includes table-top drinks service. Further drinks can be bought from the bar; on some fixtures a card-secured tab can be requested.
Platinum upgrade
The 2026 brochure prices the upgrade at £15 extra per person, adding a private window table, arrival Prosecco and savoury grazing bites.

Reserved table
Your table is reserved for the duration of the race meeting. The restaurant bar closes 30 minutes after the last race.
Betting and screens
The room has Britbet facilities and flat-screen TVs at every table.
Cashless service
The racecourse is cash-free for bars and catering; card or contactless is accepted.
Dress code
Horizons has a specific smart dress code: gentlemen must wear a collared shirt; T-shirts, sportswear, cargo shorts and trainers are not permitted. Smart jeans without rips, tears or fraying and tailored shorts are accepted. Ladies may wear smart shoes, heels or sandals, but not beach-style flip-flops. Bring a warm layer for time outside.
Getting in
Use the hotel entrance for restaurant bookings. Gates usually open between 90 minutes and two hours before the first race, but the fixture page gives the meeting’s time. Tickets arrive by email around two weeks before the fixture, or immediately if booked later, and can be scanned from a phone. Food and drink from outside are not allowed.
Accessibility
Horizons is in the upper grandstand; the official map shows lifts and stairs serving the restaurant on the third floor. Ask the racecourse about a suitable table or access arrangements before booking. Accessible toilets are available in every enclosure, and accessible parking near the hotel is first come, first served. Personal assistants receive free entry with proof of need; contact the racecourse at least 24 hours ahead to arrange, subject to availability.
Children and families
The general policy is free entry for children aged 17 and under with a full-paying adult, up to three children per adult, with some event exclusions. A child Horizons package price is not stated in the 2026 brochure; ask the hospitality team about meal arrangements for children before booking.
Tips
- Book Horizons through the racecourse’s official hospitality partner; online hospitality sales close when gates open.
- Tell the hospitality team about dietary needs when arranging the booking; the menu is seasonal and the published brochure menu is a sample.
- Food orders must be placed no later than 90 minutes before the last race.
- If you want the window, choose the Platinum upgrade: the brochure says it guarantees a private window table.
