The Ringside Package at Wolverhampton
The Ringside is a bookable hospitality add-on in the ground-floor Ringside Suite for selected fixtures. The 2026 ticket listing bundles Grandstand-area admission with a drink, burger and fries, racecard, guaranteed shared-table seating and a private bar facility; the venue also uses the suite for selected live music after racing.

- Public bars, food outlets and betting areas, as listed with the fixture package.
- Any live entertainment listed for the fixture; music is not promised at every meeting.

The view
The package secures an indoor shared table in the Ringside Suite and public Grandstand admission. Go to the public trackside and Parade Ring areas for outdoor race viewing; the official package does not advertise a private track-facing balcony from the Ringside table. For selected fixtures the suite hosts live entertainment after the final race.
Food and drink
This is a casual food-and-seat package, distinct from the full Horizons restaurant meal.
Burger and fries
The December 2026 package includes a burger and fries.
Included drink
The ticket includes a pint of beer, a glass of house wine or a soft drink.
Private bar facility
The package includes access to a private bar facility; additional purchases are separate and paid by card or contactless.
Facilities
Guaranteed shared seating
A seat is included, but it is at a shared table rather than a private table.
Racecard
The package includes a racecard.
Suite facilities
The map identifies the Ringside Suite on the ground floor with bars and retail nearby.
Dress code
No Ringside-specific dress code is published in the event ticket. The racecourse’s general rule excludes sports team shirts, offensive fancy dress, ripped jeans and sports trainers. Wear comfortable smart-casual clothing and bring a warm or waterproof layer for outdoor viewing.
Getting in
The FAQ directs restaurant, Premier and hospitality guests to the hotel entrance; use that entrance for the Ringside package and follow signs to the suite. The 29 December offer requires booking at least 48 hours in advance and has limited availability. Mobile tickets are accepted. Food and drink from outside are not allowed.
Accessibility
The official racecourse map places Ringside at ground level, which avoids the grandstand floors used by some hospitality rooms. Accessible toilets are available in every enclosure. Blue Badge parking by the hotel and main entrance is first come, first served. Free personal-assistant entry is available with proof of need; contact the racecourse at least 24 hours before the fixture, subject to availability. Contact the venue about a particular table or route.
Children and families
Children aged 17 and under usually have free admission with a paying adult, subject to exclusions, and each adult may bring up to three. The Ringside meal package does not have a published child price; any child needing a package meal should be included in the advance booking enquiry.
Tips
- Book at least 48 hours ahead: that is the stated deadline for the December 2026 offer.
- Expect a shared table rather than a private one, as the event listing states shared tables.
- Take your seat indoors for the meal, then use the public Parade Ring and trackside access to watch the horses.
- Check the fixture’s entertainment listing: a DJ or live music is attached to selected dates, not every Ringside booking.
