Where your ticket takes you

Not included

The view

The suite looks over the racecourse from a balcony. Public areas, Parade Ring and the finishing straight remain accessible too.. The racecourse is a single public enclosure: admission packages do not divide visitors into separate grounds, and public ticket holders can move between the marked viewing areas. Use the map to locate the Parade Ring before racing and the grandstand steps for the finishing straight.

Food and drink

A complimentary beer, house wine or soft drink is included; further food and drinks are available from public outlets.

Included drink

The 12 November 2026 offer includes one beer, house wine or soft drink and a raceday programme.

Hummingbird Bar

The racecourse map identifies this bar among the public facilities. Food and drink cannot be brought into the grounds, and the site is cashless at its bars and food outlets.

Piglets Pantry Pies & Coffee Shop

The official map marks this public outlet beside the viewing steps. It is a handy option for a hot pie or coffee between races.

Facilities

Betting

Britbet pool betting windows and on-course bookmakers are available. The racecourse is cashless for bars and food outlets, while bookmakers and Britbet accept cash for bets.

Toilets and facilities

The official course map marks toilets, first aid, betting points and public bars. A digital copy can be downloaded for use without Wi-Fi.

Seating

There is limited public seating, much of it outdoors. The FAQ says reserved seating is included with restaurant and hospitality bookings.

Dress code

There is no formal public dress code. Racegoers generally dress for the October-to-April weather. For hospitality suites the course says visitors tend to dress more smartly; a shirt and tie is encouraged for men, with elegant or smart clothing suggested for women. Sports team shirts and offensive fancy dress are prohibited.

Getting in

Use the main entrance on Roman Road, then follow the downloaded course map and steward directions for the suite. On 12 November 2026 gates open at 10:27. Tickets are sent by email. Outside food and drink, glass bottles and glasses are prohibited. The official listing calls this shared space and includes a balcony and one drink.

Accessibility

The official listing describes this as a suite with balcony views, but the current accessibility page gives no suite-specific step-free route. The accessible public Rusty Bridge viewing platform is covered and stewarded from the ground floor; this is separate from the Premier suite. Personal assistant admission can be arranged free when accompanying a paying guest with accessibility needs and accepted proof. Call 01432 273560 or contact the team at least 24 hours in advance. Ask about this area’s access arrangements before selecting it if stairs are difficult.
