Market Rasen puts comfort and personal style at the centre of its current clothing guidance. Jeans, a sweatshirt and clean trainers are among the examples, while visitors who enjoy occasion clothing can choose a suit or dress. Non-offensive fancy dress is welcome, but inappropriate outfits may lead to refusal of entry. The course asks visitors to avoid sports team kits. Check the weather and choose suitable layers because many areas are uncovered.

The racecourse is about a mile from Market Rasen station on the east side of town. Trains, taxis and local buses are options, but the Jockey Club recommends booking rural taxis ahead of time.
The course is signposted from the A631 and approached from the M1, A1 and A46. Public car parks are free. On feature days the picnic car park costs £10 per car and is accessed from Legsby Road; event traffic may cause delays, so follow event signs and parking marshals.
Market Rasen station is served from Lincoln to the south, Doncaster to the north and Barnetby to the west. The racecourse estimates the walk from the station at about 25 minutes; the route is rural, so allow time and use a taxi if walking is unsuitable.
The Jockey Club advises booking taxis in advance because the course is in a rural location. Its listed local operators include Tealby Taxis (07779 562982), Pols Taxis (01673 847092) and Browns Taxis (01673 843114). Confirm your pickup when booking.
The course directs visitors to the local Market Rasen bus timetable. Check the route and stop location against your fixture time; for a direct trip from the station or town, a pre-booked taxi is the simpler option.
Market Rasen offers free parking in its public car parks. Blue Badge holders have preferential parking areas close to the entrances, also without charge. Follow the official approach directions and display your badge so that staff can identify the appropriate area. Check your booking and fixture information before travelling, especially if arranging a particular hospitality arrival. If you require assistance from the car park, contact the racecourse beforehand to discuss the route and available support.
